One of the easiest ways to get backlinks and tons of targeted visitors is to become a guest blogger.
Think of guest blogging as freelance writing for a magazine. In most cases you’ll need to submit your article and wait for the blog owner to give you a decision. In nearly all cases you must submit 100% original content that’s at least 400-500+ words.

I’ve come across from Brankica’s Saturday post where you get 2 mentions
I’ve guest posted a couple of times, both invitations by the blog owners. Have had several more invitations but as it is very time consuming with replying to comments as well as my own blog comments, haven’t accepted any more for the moment.
Also get heaps of people asking to GP for me. I only accept GPs by invitation at the moment as want my own voice to be the main one on my small niche site. Maybe will open it up more later on. And I want to know the person writing on my blog too.
